Kolors by Keisler was founded in 1996 by Lonnie Keisler out of Lexington, South Carolina. Lovingly known by family and team members as “The Bodyshop”, we are committed to providing the best experience in auto repairs while ensuring quality workmanship. Some of the first employees of Kolors By Keisler included Lonnie’s parents, Bruce and Jean Keisler, who supported the business from the ground up (quite literally). Today, Kolors By Keisler continues to be a family run business, that is customer driven.
MEET OUR AMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Lonnie Keisler, Owner/Operator
Beginning at the age of five, Lonnie began his introduction to the bodyshop business by training through his grandfather, Marvin “Chief” Keisler, owner of Keisler’s Bodyshop. This childhood, along with his exposure to his father’s employment at the GM Dealership as a mechanic, helped grow him into the well rounded owner and manager of his own bodyshop, Kolors By Keisler, today. With 25+ years of experience, and full iCar certification, Lonnie is committed to ensuring you leave our business with the quality of service you desire.
On the day-to-day, Lonnie handles estimating, collaborates with major fleet companies, oversees bodyshop operations, and researches constantly to provide the newest and best equipment for the safest and most efficient repairs. He also ensures none of his jobs leave the premises without inspection for top quality.
Leah Keisler, Office Manager and Accountant
Leah keeps our team in check and manages the “bells and whistles” of Kolors By Keisler. She researches and regulates our staff and business’ safety and training, while completing finance and administrative duties. She strives for the most success for both the business and the customer by attending business council workshops and forums, safety meetings, and trade shows.
Rob Grillo, Shop Manager
Rob is our attentive supervisor responsible for the organization, control, and monitoring of shop operations. He aids our technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs. Rob has 32 years of experience in heavy duty repairs and maintenance. He is also certified as an ASE master technician.
Josh Rackus, Heavy Duty Estimator
Josh specializes in heavy duty estimating. From heavy hits to minor damage Josh has you covered. He focuses on not only a safe and quality repair, but he also works to minimize downtime so the driver can get back on the road.
Nichole Haner, Light Duty Estimator & Quality Control Inspector
Nichole works with our technicians to make sure they have everything they need to complete light duty repairs. She also carefully looks over each light duty vehicle to ensure quality, safety, and completeness of repairs before returning the vehicle to the customer.
Ashlee Joyner, Office Assistant Manager
Ashlee enjoys making sure our customer’s know they are top priority. She works hard to answer their questions and if she cannot, she will find the person who can. She is a vital part of our office staff. She helps with organizing workflow, invoicing, scheduling and bookkeeping, among other things. Her heart is “for the customer” and that is what makes her so valuable to our team!
Lainey Griner, Front Desk Customer Service Representative
Lainey is the friendly face you’ll meet upon first entering our door. She takes pride in giving you a satisfactory, enjoyable experience while helping you get the help you need.
